1. Services
SYA Rescue provides 24/7 vehicle recovery, breakdown recovery, accident recovery, roadside assistance and long-distance vehicle transport across the United Kingdom on a pay-as-you-go basis. Service availability and response times are not guaranteed and depend on location, traffic and demand.
2. Quotes and payment
All quotes are provided in good faith over the phone based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary if circumstances on site differ (e.g. distance, vehicle weight, off-road location). Payment is due on completion of the job and accepted via card or bank transfer. Unpaid balances may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
3. Customer obligations
You confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to request recovery. You must remove all personal belongings of value before recovery and provide accurate location and vehicle information.
4. Liability
SYA Rescue carries goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value covered by our insurance and excludes consequential losses, pre-existing damage, mechanical failure that occurs during normal recovery, and items left in the vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
5. Cancellation
If you cancel after a recovery vehicle has been dispatched, a callout fee may apply to cover travel and operator time.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
